ON SEVERAL TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED ON EAST 3RD STREET, EAST 4TH STREET, EAST 5TH STREET, OAK STREET, HOUSTON STREET, AND LANSING STREET, BETWEEN HOUSTON STREET AND WIEHL STREET, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. _______________________ SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a Special Permit for an R-4 P.U.D. on several tracts of land described as follows: Several tracts of land located on East 3rd Street, East 4th Street, East 5th Street, Oak Street, Houston Street, and Lansing Street, between Houston Street and Wiehl Street. Properties located on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Institutional Planned Unit Development plan received by the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission on June 11, 1990, said properties being identified by the following Hunnicutt Tax Map Numbers: 135M-N-1 (part), 135M-N-8 (part), 135M-N-10 (part), 135M-N-24-26.1, 135M-P-1, 135M-P-56 and 57, 136P-B-2 (part), 136P-C-1 (part), 136P-C-4-8, 136P-C-10-13, 136P-C-16, 145D-H-1-3, 145D-H-12 and 13, 145D-J-3-10, 145D-J-13, 145D-J-16 and 17, 146A-E-1-6, 146A-G-1-10, 146A-G-28-35, and 146H-E-14. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this special permit shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. A more complete legend indicating use of properties and number of parking spaces for each lot is provided to and approved by the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission. 2.
